I’d like to see samples before making my selection. How can I request product samples?
At Rhodium Floors, we happily provide product samples because we know the importance of seeing, feeling, and experiencing samples prior to selecting the perfect surface for your residential or commercial application. Please contact us to request the samples you would like. In-stock samples are free of charge. Custom samples are made to order and incur a small production fee. -
Larger samples would help me make my decision. Can I see larger samples at my home or commercial site?
Absolutely! As part of the Rhodium Floors Los Angeles white-glove service commitment, we proudly offer the largest samples available in the surface industry. We deliver our large samples by van to any location within the Los Angeles vicinity, between the coastal cities of Malibu and Hermosa Beach, and the inland cities of Pacific Palisades, West Hollywood, Brentwood, and Beverly Hills. 8’ sample boards ensure the imagined can be envisioned, and enable you to experience your options firsthand. For long-distance projects, we happily mail samples directly to you. For long-distance custom orders, we ship 3x3’ sample boards to your location prior to you making your final selection. -
I’m planning to visit the Rhodium Floors showroom. Do you have parking at the store?
Yes! The Rhodium Floors showroom in West Hollywood offers convenient customer parking at the rear of the store. Our showroom is located on La Cienega Boulevard in the famed Los Angeles design district, just a 5 minute stroll from the boutique-lined Melrose Avenue and the ever-popular Alfred’s Coffee, so there is also plenty of curbside parking, as well as parking garage establishments nearby. -
I’d like to visit the Rhodium Floors showroom. Do I need to make an appointment?
We welcome walk-ins, but we do recommend scheduling an appointment with us in advance if possible, so that we can assist you immediately upon arrival. We serve visitors to our Rhodium Floors Los Angeles showroom on a first come first serve basis, so to ensure you receive prompt service we advise contacting us first. -
I’d like more information. Can I book a consultation with a surface expert?
Of course! We invite you to contact us and book a consultation to discuss your vision. We offer in-person consultations at our Los Angeles showroom, on-site consultations at your location if you are in the Los Angeles vicinity, or phone consultations for our long distance clientele. We also embrace technology and are able to show you samples in our showroom via live web cam. We’re here to help and look forward to the opportunity to assist you, and answer any questions you have. -
I’d like a surface expert to visit my location. Do you offer in-home or on-location consultations?
If you are located in the Los Angeles vicinity we are happy to send a surface expert to your location to discuss your specific requests on-site. We do always recommend visiting our West Hollywood showroom as well, to view our product collections and large selection of in-stock items. Please contact us to schedule your consultation. -
I’d like to view your product collections in detail. Does your showroom have a good display of samples?
Yes! The Rhodium Floors flagship store has an extensive selection of product samples on display. The hardwood flooring showroom includes over 90+ 8’ wood samples that showcase the true peclication you can expect; detail that is virtually impossible to experience on the standard 2x3” sample boards at other stores. We also have a large tile selection in our store, plus a variety of other specialty products on display. I need a quick turnaround. Are in stock items available immediately? How fast can I get an in-stock item?
In-stock items can be shipped within 48 hours of order placement. We have our own flat-bed delivery truck to accommodate prompt delivery requests within the Los Angeles vicinity, and third-party transportation partnerships to deliver orders promptly to locations 50+ miles from our showroom, and across the globe. I need expedited service. Is it possible to order my products sooner?

I’m not local to Los Angeles. Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes! Rhodium Floors has clientele across the nation and around the world, and we would be delighted to arrange worldwide shipping for you. For your convenience, we also have the option to ship directly from Europe, to accommodate expedited timelines as needed. -
I’m considering various floor tiles. Which floor tile is best?
Floor tiles vary widely in material, size, color, and finish. Choosing the best floor tiles for you largely depends on where the floor tiles will be installed, and the aesthetic you desire. Our Rhodium Floors tile selection ranges from antique and imported tiles, to contemporary domestic tiles, and custom-made orders. Our surface experts would be happy to discuss the best options for your specific application. -
I’ll need my order shipped. Are shipping charges included in your product pricing?
Shipping costs are kept separate from product pricing, as they are dependent on your location. All shipping costs are based on shipping distance and are calculated on a per order basis. -
I’m interested in your tiles. Can your floor tiles also be used on walls or externally?
Floor tiles can also be used on walls to create magnificent decorative finishes and add eclectic style to interiors and exteriors. Certain floor tiles are better suited to wall tiling than others and we would be happy to assist you in selecting the best tiles for your needs. Please contact us to discuss you vision. -
I’m having your tiles installed. What are your basic tile care instructions?
Tile care instructions vary based on the material, finish, and color of the tiles you purchased. We therefore recommend contacting us to verify the proper tile care instructions for the tiles you selected. -
I’d like custom tile finishes. Can floor tiles be painted or stained?
At Rhodium Floors, we believe in creativity and innovation and no request is too unique. Our partnerships with specialty tile artisans around the globe enable us to custom-make bespoke orders. I’d like custom flooring and wall finishes. Can I customize the size and color of your products?

I’m interested in hardwood floors. Is all hardwood flooring made from Oak?
No, there are various types of hardwood floor materials available such as maple, cherry, and mahogany, however, Oak is the most popular choice because of its delicate grain finish and durability. -
I’m considering various types of hardwood flooring. What is the advantage of French Oak?
French Oak flooring is considered a premier choice for hardwood flooring due to its aesthetic, durability, and responsiveness to color and texture modifications. French Oak has a finer grain than American Oak, which results in an elegant finish. Its composition also features a higher tannin and lignin concentration, which is in part why French Oak flooring is so durable and long-lasting. -
I’d like to ensure my investment is long-lasting. How often do hardwood floors need to be refinished?
Hardwood flooring is designed to last and at Rhodium Floors Los Angeles we ensure the quality of hardwood and the finish applied extends the life of your flooring. Depending on the thickness of the hardwood floor panels you select, they may be refinished several times, but it’s typically not necessary to refinish hardwood floors less than a decade old. -
I’d like an idea of total cost. How much does it cost to install hardwood floors?
Hardwood floor installation costs are typically quoted per square foot and take into account the labor involved to remove any previous flooring, the installation of your new hardwood floors, and the finishing of the hardwood for protection and durability, so the cost depends largely on the size of your installation and the current status of your flooring. Our hardwood flooring showroom consultants are always happy to discuss your individual flooring needs and share installation insights, and recommendations. -
I’m installing hardwood flooring. What is the best way to clean and shine hardwood floors?

I need to ensure what I select is water-resistant . Are your products suitable for installation in a shower?
Many of our products are water-resistant and can be installed as flooring or walling in a shower. To receive guidance and suggestions on the best waterproof options for your specific needs, please contact us. -
I’d like to feel confident in my purchase. Do you offer a warranty?
Of course! We want you to feel very confident in the quality of our products. All Rhodium Floors products offer the NWFA.org warranty terms. Our hardwood floors, for example, carry a 25 year residential warranty on structure. -
I’d like to reserve stock. Do you offer storage?
If you would like to reserve stock and need storage, we are able to store stock for you for up to 30 days. After that time a storage fee may incur, depending on the volume of stock in storage. -
I’d like peace of mind. What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. In-stock order returns are subject to a 25% handling charge and a return carriage charge. Custom flooring orders are non-refundable and we regret that open packages are not eligible for return. -
What Warranty do you offer on your flooring products?
Rhodium Floors offers direct manufacturers warranty as set out by NWFA.org. All complaints need to be logged in Timely manner with our store and will be handled.
