📝 Job Overview:

We’re looking for a driven Technical Recruiter to help grow our IT consulting team by identifying, sourcing, and hiring top-tier technical talent. This role will support full-cycle recruiting for contract, full-time, and project-based roles across infrastructure, cloud, identity, and endpoint management.


🔧 Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand technical requirements
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal database, and referrals
  • Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and project alignment
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and hiring logistics
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and data using an ATS or CRM
  • Provide a strong candidate experience and build long-term relationships
  • Support onboarding and handoff to HR or project managers
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting strategies

✅ Required Skills:

  • 2–4+ years of experience recruiting in the IT or tech industry
  • Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., AD Engineer, SCCM, Cloud, Security)
  • Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, or other platforms
  • Familiarity with contract, W2/C2C, and full-time hiring
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and hit weekly placement or pipeline targets

💡 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with IT consulting firms or MSPs
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms like Bullhorn, JazzHR, Workable, etc.
  • Exposure to high-volume recruiting and fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of basic immigration terms (H1B, GC, Corp-to-Corp) is a plus
