Yes. Full Academy Access includes guidance and support when real media or reputation situations arise, including messaging, response strategy, and reputation protection.
Yes — team and group enrollments (minimum of 5 athletes) include three face-to-face or video coaching sessions per module, designed to reinforce the training and apply it to real situations.
These sessions are not included with individual enrollments. Additional coaching options may be available upon request.
Absolutely. Team and department enrollment options are available and can be customized based on program needs. Please contact us to discuss group access and scheduling.
Refunds are only issued for duplicate purchases of the same module or verified technical issues that prevent access to the training and cannot be resolved by AMA support.
